ALX Home Design return, refund, and cancellation policy

Please contact ALX Home Design at a2zunltd@gmail.com before sending any item back. Every return requires authorization and return instructions from ALX. Do not ship an item back without approval.

For an eligible return, the merchandise must be received at the authorized return location within 30 days of purchase in its original, unopened packaging. Assembled cabinets cannot be returned. Trims, mouldings, fillers, panels, sales tools, and discontinued cabinet styles are not returnable. Approved qualifying returns incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping. Merchandise that arrives in an unsellable condition will not receive a credit. ALX will confirm eligibility, the return address, and any refund amount before you ship.

Please request a cancellation as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked, a 10% processing fee applies. If it has been loaded onto a carrier's truck or picked up, a 20% restocking/processing fee applies. An assembled order cannot be canceled after assembly is complete. ALX must check the order stage before confirming whether cancellation is possible and what fee applies. Changes cannot be made once an order is in process; additional items require a new order.

If your delivery appears damaged or short, have a responsible person inspect it at delivery. Note visible damage, compromised packaging, and shortages on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, and take photographs of the packaging and products. Contact ALX immediately with your order number and photos; freight damage claims must be submitted within 5 business days. Report missing items within two weeks of delivery and concealed damage within one month of delivery. Do not install damaged items before contacting us. ALX will review the claim and coordinate the available remedy.

This policy does not limit rights that applicable law gives you for defective or misdescribed goods. ALX support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
